I had a great experience at Royal Oaks Dental. I called to schedule an appointment because I was having some pain and was scheduled the very next day. Manuela was an exceptional hygienist. She explained each component of my care plan thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. She was warm, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. It was a pleasant appointment overall.

What a blessing that we found Royal Oaks. My elderly mom had a dental emergency and they got us in and came up with a workable treatment plan going into a long holiday weekend. Everyone is so kind and caring in the office, I felt like we had been patients for years instead of the first time. Thank you!

Manuela (Hygienist) was awesome! She has that patient relation skills. She make me feel welcome and that she cares about me. She asked some regular personal questions so she can learn and know a bit about myself and to make me feel comfortable. She also shared some of her personal whereabouts. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and she let me know what I need to take care of my teeth but, without any pressure. She’s a good person and good asset for Royal Oaks Dentistry.

I highly recommend Royal Oaks Dental Care. I saw Dr. Hubert. I had a very pleasant experience. I was very nervous but she explained everything in detail. She is so caring and kind. The staff was also professional and the office is very clean and modern. Her dental assistant (Byron) was kind and compassionate. I definitely will be returning for my future dental treatments.

Who can say they love going to the dentist? After initially coming to this office due to an emergency situation, I can say I do! From office staff to all dental care, everyone is very welcoming and kind. I’ve always received gentle, very thorough care, and am always asked thru the procedures(everything from cleaning to major dental work), if I’m doing ok. I would chose a rating of 10 stars if available.

Chantal was my hygienist today and she was very gentle but thorough with my cleaning. She was very concerned with my comfort including getting me a blanket as it was quite cool in the office. I asked if I could be scheduled with her for my next cleaning I am very satisfied with the services provided

After a bad experience at another dentist I went to Royal Oaks to get a bad filling fixed. I was treated by Kenda who did an excellent job, fixed the filling so that I didnt have pain anymore and took such good care of me throughout the treatment, always making sure that I felt comfortable. My appointment was at nine. I was in at nine. Your hygienist was amazing. The dentist got me right in and did a crown same day. What a great place a well oiled fine tune machine.

We had high hopes for this location. The office staff communication is very poor. The Dentist decided to close over Christmas and did not tell me. My daughter was in the middle of treatment for crowns. When I showed concerns, as the temporary crowns had broken and fallen off twice, they tried to charge me extra to get the crowns done before the Dentist left. They finally did the crowns just before they closed for the holiday. We made another appointment for the 1/9 , the afternoon my daughter was having her other root canal for additional crowns. When we arrived for that appointment, office seemed to forget it.We waited until they could fit us in that day and that took over three hours. Upon payment the bill was twice as much as the previous time and when I called insurance the office over-billed. When I spoke to the office manager about the lack of communication and the billing errors on a Monday with one child, they refused to allow me to go into the visit with my disabled son two days later. Unfortunately, I have one more visit that i have already paid for and they have cancelled again.Would not recommend.

At my very first visit, the office staff were very friendly and inviting. Dental visits are not my favorite due to past experiences but Megan made the whole visit and cleaning quite calming. I have sensitive teeth and she was very gentle. She was excellent and all that anxiety going into the cleaning just dissolved. I was so thrilled with the whole process I have my husband going there for his cleaning as well. I highly recommend them.

The service at Royal Oaks Dental was timely, complete and fair. I had to have some extensive replacements of implants that had been done elsewhere. I recommend this friendly service.

Meghan is an excellent hygienist, very thorough and knowledgeable about dental care and needs, but also very gentle in her cleaning care. A delight to have her clean my teeth!Just as an FYI, I do feel like this dentist office suggests Invisalign to all of their patients. Would it help me? Yes I think I need it to prevent issues down the line. But everyone in my family also gets Invisalign suggested to them after every check up as well. Not a high pressure, uncomfortable sales pitch, but does come across as an upsell.

I am not a fan of dentist but when I walk in this office I was greeted with a smile from the front desk, Then I was call in my nerves get the better of me right away Stefanie saw my fear and put me at ease. Then i met Judi and Doctor Hubert very caring team. The office staff very cheerful and made feel more comfortable. I will be going back!!!

Royal Oaks Dental Care is a great place! I was anxious about going to a new dentist since I am new to this state. Yes, they did a few xrays, testing, scanning, and pictures, more than I am use to. However, Its better than having to go and get them done at other places. Also, it is done just the first time. I also thought, if I should need anything done, any emergency procedure or whatever, they would be ready to help me!!!Tara, my hygienist was very patient, kind, gentle and took time with me!!! Great job!!!!

I absolutely love the team at Royal Oaks! I grew up having severe anxiety of any dental procedures and the team at Royal Oaks has made it that I look forward to coming. Everyone Ive encountered has always been pleasant. They are efficient and make it feel like youre a valued person instead of someone to meet their quota.

The negative reviews are accurate! Don’t let them push you into doing any service including a routine cleaning without YOU PERSONALLY calling your insurance company to make 100% sure it will be covered. They told me they checked with insurance and verified my visit would be covered and A YEAR LATER I get a bill out of the clear blue sky for $240! Never trust what they say, they will try to get pushy and make you move forward in the chair and I asked them at the time to confirm my insurance covered the visit thinking I was being smart doing my due diligence but it turns out that wasn’t enough…I should have called my insurance directly while sitting in the chair and not let them control the situation. Then when you call them to dispute the charge, they shrug it off saying they aren’t the insurance company and can’t guarantee something will be approved until they actually put the claim through. Never in my life had this happen with a dental office. Won’t be going back ever again!

Great Dentist but the office and “corporate” resulted in the loss of a 20+ year patient. I highly recommend avoiding!Middle of November I received email account balance and it showed I owed $100. I was confused as I had last been in for a cleaning the end of July beginning of August and thought it was odd to be billed almost 3 months later. I clicked the link, entered my card and verified I was a human. Then there was no submit button or way to submit. I figured i would call them but got busy and forgot. Fast forward to a week ago, received another email and same thing no way to process the payment after entering details. I was going to be driving by the office on Friday so I figured I’ll just stop in and take care of it. It would also give mea chance to understand what the charge was for and reschedule my next appointment as I’m going to be out of town in Feb.When I stop in, I’m informed the account is in collection and the office can’t do anything. “Here is a number you have to call” was basically the girls response. When I tried to explain that I couldn’t understand why it would be in collection, I was told “You will have to call Corporate, we can’t do anything”. It was at this point that I learned Royal Oks Dental is really a part of some huge dental corporation- mind you the corporate name is not on anything and the office couldn’t even provide anything with its name. The simply gave me a post it with a phone number they looked up online.I was able to get a print out of all my charges as far back as their records go and canceled my furniture appointments. I asked to speak with the manager and was informed she wasn’t there. When I asked for her number I was told they don’t give that out and when I asked when she would be back in the office I was told that she would calll me. Surprise - no callIt’s really a shame I now have to find a new dentist because of this. I love Kendra Albaree as she is a great dentist but I can’t give my business to an organization so poorly managed.AVOID THIS PRACTICE TO AVOID PROBLEMS WITH THE OFFICE DOWN THE ROAD!!!!

Whom it may concern,The negative reviews are accurate-Don’t let them push you into doing any SERVICES including routine sealants x-rays or imagines. The staff and the dental hygienist will explain their procedures to you as the customer, however what they Never told us is what the final cost is for any other their services, other than they will check with our insurance company to see what the out of pocket would cost us.So, let’s start here with some facts, (potential new patient)I called Royal oaks at the end of April to explain that we were new to the community, our son needs to have teeth cleaned with braces prior to removal per orthodontist. The clinic told me that we could schedule for May 3,2024, 2024, perfectly. We showed up early to fill out whatever papers that needed to be done. (By the way we paid cash for this) $ 240.00 roughly. The clinic said to reschedule new teeth cleaning after braces are removed, therefore patient would be on a 6-month rotation. So, we did that procedure on May 15, 2024, at this time patient had fluoride placed on his teeth from hygienist. We were told that his teeth looked very good, no cavities. Also, hygienist suggested to me that many people have dental sealants added, it consists of plastic material that is placed on the chewing surface of the permanent back teeth, molars, and premolars to help protect them from bacteria and acids that contribute to tooth decay. So yes, we had this done as well and paid for this service. May 28, 2024, only 13 days later patient goes in to have x-rays of his teeth, that’s when I find out that patient now has (2) Cavities since we had dental sealant applied on May 15,2024. So, on December 12,2024 I received a call from Royal Oaks scheduling department to see when the patient could come in to have a total of 8 cavities filled.6 of those were discovered on November 27 cleaning.Also to add a side note, they also did picture images for my wife and never called the insurance office to see what was covered or if we had a pre-existing time frame or services. So once again we were stuck paying full of no insurance, we were never told any of this information until November 27,2024 at Royal Oaks after teeth cleaning. As I see here at this Royal Oaks Dental, they like to PUSH ANY AND ALL SERVICE ON TO CUSTOMERS, but rarely call YOUR INSURANCE or don’t have an answer for a service that would be covered as a PRE-AUTHORIZATION FROM ANY INSURACE COMPANY.So yes the negative reviews are accurate … never again with ROYAL OAKS DENTAL

I had a veneer come loose after a few weeks the day I was set to fly out of town. Called them up and they worked me into an appointment 20 minutes later. Doctor Hubert was very patient and understanding even when I walked back into the office right after I left because I was worried my bite wasn’t aligned. Great staff, great results.

It was my first time to visit Royal Oaks. We moved to Florida from Pennsylvania. So I had to find a dental service that networks with military insurance which is United Concordia.I was very impressed with their excellent imaging technology. Megan, the hygienist who took care of me was very knowledgeable. She explained every detail of the xrays and photos. She also explained ahead of time what it will cost me to move forward. She was so nice and with a smile the entire time I was there. Then Dr. Amber came to talk to me. Again, the best service with a smile. They both are extremely awesome. Dr. Amber, (I hope I got her name right) had the best intention for patients like me.The receptionist (older lady) could use a little smile and friendliness as she is the first person patients see. I was also charged for flouride that I did not get However, they left me a message later that they made a mistake and that they will refund my credit card.

When I called Royal Oaks, I was told they accepted my insurance. But they did not. So I had to stay & pay out of pocket because I had a toothache & needed dentist to prescribe antibiotics.No one there takes the time to get it right

I am a new patient at Royal Oaks. There was some confusion with the referral from my insurance provider. The ladies at the front desk helped with the matter and were very pleasant with getting the initial paperwork and insurance info processed. The entire staff is polite and friendly. I was given a print out of what procedures were recommended with all the costs broke down with out of pocket costs along with the insurance coverages for each appointment. Great staff, pleasant atmosphere, and clean property. Very happy with my new dentist.

From I arrived the service was great. The young lady who did my X-ray was incredible. Also Grace did the best clean ever, she was thorough yet gentle and very knowledgeable. I must say it’s the first time I had so much fun doing a cleaning. Kudos to the team. Job well done.

I avoided dentists in the past due to fear of judgment or a negative experience, but Royal Oaks was the kindest, most compassionate dentist I have ever been to. I was comfortable every step of the way, and greatly appreciated the knowledge and care of both my hygienist and the doctor. This is the perfect place for anyone who has a bit of dental anxiety to overcome.

Best Dentist facility I’ve ever been to. Everyone that I met on the staff is very nice and helpful. I’ve had fillings and a crown, done all on time and with no issues. They are very helpful with upfront cost and insurance information. Appointments are easy to book and I have always been seen on time. I am so disappointed in how they do their billing and insurance processes. They are charging an extra 100 dollar fee when I showed up for an appointment they said I couldnt do because I had to pay a balance I didnt know we owed, after paying in cash for the procedure.

Excellent experience as a new patient! The admin staff was very professional and friendly. My hygienist Claire was outstanding. She was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had some concerns about my insurance coverage for X-rays after a bad experience at a different dental office and she took the time to listen to my questions and get proper clarification from the admin staff. She also did a great job keeping me informed of what she was doing throughout the exam and cleaning. I am grateful to have found a new dentist to continue receiving care from!

I had an appointment for a TMJ consult. Initially, I was put into the x- ray machine. I explained to the young ladies that my insurance would not pay for the x-ray as I just had them done. The Dr. that came to consult was not the TMJ Dr. After a 10 minute cursory exam, she said she would go & get the TMJ Dr. 20 minutes later, I was still siting in the exam chair. At that time, I made the decision to leave. I informed the receptionist that I was leaving as what I was there for was not being addressed. Unfortunate.

Amazing office, front desk personals are extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and overall great. Dr. Hubert is very professional, compassionate and truly cares about her patients. Definitely recommend coming here.

I went to them for the first time today and I am very happy with my experience. The staff are all friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They took me back on time, clearly explained what I needed done and laid out a plan and pricing very clearly. I finally feel like I have found a dental office I really like and feel comfortable at.

They honestly go above and beyond. I even ran 1 minute late to the appointment. Filled out the application used the bathroom and they were already ready for me. That doesnt happen anywhere now days. Extremely curious and there is like 0 dead time of you waiting in a room alone. 5 star on their prices alone. If your reading this, call now and set the appointment. You will not be disappointed.

I was able to make my husband an appointment for the very next day! The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. To my surprise they even did my husbands tooth extraction the same day, to relieve his pain. On top of everything we were only there about an hour! I highly recommend royal oaks!

Their new location is spacious and comfortable. You are greeted with warm responses and coffee or water is readily available if a long wait, however I was barely there 5 or 10 mins and I was called to my appointment. Rhonda did an excellent and through cleaning of my teeth. She is respectful, courteous and kind in her work. Ive been Dr.McLeods patient for at least 10 years. Excellent first visit to Royal Oaks Dental care. Very professional office and Dr. Kendra Albaree was very kind and thorough. She took the time to explain all my dental problems to me. My hygienist (Edger) was very very good. He made me feel very comfortable . I have never received such great dental care on my first visit ever.

Tara was my dental hygienist. She was excellent! She had a light touch when cleaning my teeth but effective. I had a very good cleaning and experienced no pain at all and I have very sensitive teeth! I was seen at my appointment time. The staff was friendly and helpful in scheduling my next appointment.

I contacted this dental office and was assured by the office staff that they were in network with my insurance prior to making an appointment. Once I arrived for my appointment, I waited in the exam room for quite a while (over 45 min) before the dentist finally came to speak to me. She spent just a few minutes consulting with me and that was it. After I left the office they called me to tell me they werent in network with my insurance but after some back and forth, they assured me Id have nothing to pay due to the mixup. Then I received a bill for the office visit, and after calling them again and getting some resistance I was assured there would be no further bills or attempts to collect. I still get regular calls from their office trying to collect. Im so glad I didnt proceed with having them do any dental work for me.

Our experience with Royal Oaks Dental was very pleasant. Everything was explained to us before they got started, and due the procedure they made sure that my son knew what was going to happen and they made sure that he was very comfortable before they started the procedure. The dentist and his assistant were very nice. I scheduled an appointment for myself and my husband before I left. I will continue going to this dentist and recommend him to my friends and family.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The office atmosphere and staff were very professional, kind and courteous. The hygienist, Ronda, did a great job and made me feel like Id been coming in for years. Likewise the same with Dr McLeod... very kind and personable, made me feel comfortable. A very positive experience. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

I just moved to Clermont Florida from NYC and was so impressed with the Royal Oaks Dental Care. The Place was extremely clean, everyone was nice, my hygienist was very informative, patient and took her time to explain everything she was about to do. She took her time to clean my teeth! This was a very clean, well run office . Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was my first time there. I had a very short wait time even as the waiting room was pretty busy. My hygienist Francis was excellent and very gentle and I especially appreciated this as I’m anxious whenever I go to the dentist! The dentist himself took his time with me and had a great bedside manner. I just moved here and am very pleased I found such a wonderful dentist’s office.

Im a 66 year old man who had bad experiences with dentists as a child and that has stuck with me ever since and Im paying for it now.To make a long story short, I went into this visit terrified (no exaggeration) and came out just nervous for my pending upcoming visits. The whole staff understood my fears and treated me with empathy and concern. A special shout out to Fatima who explained what needed to be done and what my options were. Between talking to her and Dr.Zayda, I am now not as terrified about my upcoming procedure(s).From my limited experience here, I do recommend this dental practice.

I had my appointment time incorrectly on my phone. According to office I was late by 30 minutes. But by my calendar, I was on time.The practice took me in anyway and honored the appointment.I really commend the efforts taken to make this mistake a non-issue.The hygienist cleaned my teeth and I was on my way cThanks to drs and staff.

I used to go there then due to COVID-19, I had to wait. But now they have a new location and much bigger! So I must say the staff was AWESOME!! Friendly, professional, humble and spunky! I don’t take pleasure in writing this review, but it’s important to tell people about my experiences at Royal Oaks Dental and with Dr Albaree. In the short time I’ve been going to Royal Oaks and being a patient of Dr Albaree, it has been pure agony. They don’t do a bad job with basic cleanings, but when it comes to major restorative work, that’s where it fell apart for me. Dr Albaree advised me that I needed a crown on tooth 18 and 19. I mistakenly put my trust in her and consented to having the work done. Note that at no time in my life had I ever experienced any pain from either of those two teeth. Once Dr Albaree finished performing the build-up on both of the teeth, I informed her that tooth #18 was extremely sensitive and painful. She insisted that the discomfort I was experiencing was normal and would fade. Again, I trusted her in what she was saying and waited for the pain to subside. Also note, that after the build-up a scan was performed so that the crowns could be fabricated. Turned out the first scan was rejected by the lab and another scan had to be done. Big inconvenience. Nearly two weeks later, upon returning for the crown delivery, the pain was still present. When I arrived for my appointment, I informed Dr Albaree of my continuing issues. At this time, she backpedaled on what she originally said and told me that I needed to see an Endodontist for a possible root canal. I told her that I have never had a single issue with either of the teeth and the pain only appeared after the work she performed. Not having much to say about that, she again referred me to an endodontist. Now untrustingly, because I believed that she caused the issues during the build-up, I went to the Endodontist the very next day. The Endodontist did a very basic exam and proclaimed that I needed a root canal. More expense. Questionably, I allowed the Endodontist to perform the root canal the same day because I just wanted the pain and discomfort to be gone. After the root canal was completed, I could still feel the pain even though the Novocain hadn’t completely worn off. I asked the Endodontist if the pain would go away and his answer was yes. The assistant recemented the temp crown and I immediately visited Dr Albaree for crown delivery. Once at the office, I explained to the assistant that the initial pain from the build-up was still present. She told me I needed a root canal. I spent the next ten minutes trying to make her understand that I had just had a root canal an hour ago. Needless to say my patience was dwindling. Dr Albaree also said the pain would eventually fade and proceeded with the crown delivery. The crown delivery was a stressful situation in itself as each time the crowns were seated, they kept falling out and had to be fished from the back of my throat several times. I came very close to swallowing them but thankfully I didn’t. Finally, the crown delivery was complete. A week later, the pain was still there. Dr Albaree passed the buck and advised me to go back to the Endodontist which I did. He put me on some anti-inflammatories which only helped temporarily. The pain retuned once the meds were finished. He had retired since my last appointment so he then washed his hands of the situation, gave me a full refund, and recommended that the tooth be extracted. I then informed Dr Albaree of the Endodontists recommendations and reminded her again of the fact that I had never had a problem with the tooth in my life until she performed the build-up. Out of fairness, it should be noted that I asked Dr Albaree to do the right thing and also refund my money. She immediately complied with my request but it took almost 8 weeks to be refunded. They also indicated that they refunded my insurance company so I’ll give credit for that as well. I firmly believe that the tooth was damaged beyond repair during the build-up and now I’m faced with the loss of a tooth and a very expensive implant. This was the worst experience of my life and I wish I’d never stepped foot in Royal Oaks Dental.

Very friendly staff. Dr McLeod is very kind and makes you feel comfortable. He lets you know up front all charges and what procedures are the best for you. Glad my sister recommended him. Dental hygienist was very easy and explained everything.

The office staff was wonderful. They were efficient, friendly and showed a deep concern for my well-being. The dentist was equally as caring. I cannot say enough about the hygienist. She was one in a million and has made me a customer for life. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fabulous experience as always. I love this practice and the entire staff. Today’s visit was no exception - a regular hygiene visit in which a minor dental problem was discovered. Doctor McLeod was able to take care of it right away so I don’t have to make a return visit. If you’re new to the area, like we were 8 years ago, please consider Dr. McLeod (Royal Oaks) - I was referred when we first arrived (TY Jenn!) and I’m happy to pay it forward.

My kids and I have been seeing Dr. McLeod and his team for over 9 years. The service has always been wonderful! The office actually answers the phone when you call. The whole team is extremely professional while still being friendly, and they get you in as soon as possible. In 9 years , going every 6 months, I don’t think they’ve ever been running behind or had to see me late. I highly recommend.

Love the team here! We have been patients for over 15 years; they have watched our kids grow up and always take the time to ask about them if they aren’t with us for our own appointments. Appts are always on time and it’s an easy in and out especially if it’s just a cleaning.

My dental cleaning was quick and thorough. Manuela was my hygienist and she was friendly and gave me some very good pointers of how to floss my teeth for the best result. I felt very comfortable and at ease during my exam.

This year I had two fixed bridges and a crown done at Royal Oaks Dental. They did a great job! Some of the things I like about ROD:They are prompt they don’t waste your time. Nice new facility with latest equipment.Friendly and skilled staff of dental technicians.Dr McCleod is very good and is considerate of the patients needs.Was very knowledgeable about my dental insurance coverage and billed accurately.I would recommend Royal Oak Dental.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to Royal Oaks Dental Care in early June to have a broken tooth evaluated. I was given options - crown, extraction, dental implant, etc. Two weeks later, when I returned to have it extracted, the tooth was so infected that it would not numb after 5 injections. The dentist, Dr Hubert, made the comment “the tooth is so infected, it’s what we call a ‘hot’ tooth. It won’t get numb.” I asked, can you see in the X-rays you did two weeks ago that a tooth is infected? She responded “yes, we could see it was infected.” There was a moment of silence and she said, “did I not give you antibiotics?” I said, “no, you did not give me antibiotics.” I had gone two weeks with increasing pain and an increasing infection. She was quiet then said “the only thing I can do is refer you to an oral surgeon.” Her hygienist got me into an oral surgeon for a consultation two days later. However, when leaving Royal Oaks after the failed extraction - and in an immense amount of pain - the hygienist said, “we should have given you antibiotics last time.” Then as she opened the door for me to leave, with a prescription in hand, she said “we just don’t want you to go on Google and leave a bad review.” I will never forget that. When I arrived at the pharmacy 15 mins later to fill a MUCH needed antibiotic prescription, I found that they had given me a prescription with another patient’s name on it. I called the office, which had closed as I was leaving. I called the after hours three times and was told if they doctor returned their call, I’d be notified. I was never notified. I did, however, take it on myself to call my pharmacy and see if the Rx had been called in; it had. I am severely disappointed and disgusted with the care at this dental practice. I guess it’s good I took it on myself to double check on the dentist and see if my prescription was called in. This practice was negligent and self-serving. I did not feel cared for, and was never apologized to regarding the treatment, the lack of care, or the irresponsibility on their part regarding my prescription. I absolutely recommend NOT going to this practice.

Dr. McLeod was amazing! First I was greeted by April who took my temperature and proceeded to take me back to the exam room. I am a 32yo baby, so I asked if my husband could accompany me and without hesitation he was aloud. The exam room was made spacious by the open doors and window (I had a side room, not sure if they all have a window). It was very comfortable and inviting. Hey, they even had the Hallmark channel on. I went in for tooth pain, but also received a full exam AND two small fillings in the time I was there. He didn’t lecture me at all and was very kind about how we will move forward. 10/10

The dental assistant that took me to the room and took my xrays was rude and condescending. The front desk staff was not knowledgeable. The clinic charged me for a visit after I was told by them and my insurance company that it would be covered. The insurance said it was covered. Whatever happened, I dont know. I paid my bill but will never go back nor recommend. But the Dentist himself was very kind and very knowledgeable. But its not enough for me. I wish they would take me off their mailing list. I recommend Lasting Smiles, all around good service.

The crew at Royal Oaks Dentistry always do a great job. Ive been going there for years and Ive always had great experiences. Its a fast-paced environment, but when youre in the exam chair its all about the patient. The doc and his staff always has time to answer any questions or make small talk. I have always had a positive experience here...even if it was bad news. Staff is friendly and efficient. Doctor is personable and does thorough job, but does draw out the experience. They are happy to answer questions and discuss option and best health for your mouth and teeth. For routine check ups and cleanings, or urgent situations - they will take good care of you.

My daughter went in because her crown came off after a year, they did not address the issue she came in for, did a teeth cleaning, some x-rays, and would not recement it- will not be sending her back there!

Hands down, the best dentist. I went in this morning and had the pleasure of meeting Brittany who made the whole visit a breeze. A couple of hours and I was taking care of with zero pain and everything explained to me as it pertained to my visit as well as future visits. Highly recommended. You will be treated great and the staff as well as Mr. McLeod are hands down the best.

I love this dentist office. I have been living in Clermont for 10 years and was so fortunate to find them early on. Danette is wonderful and has been cleaning my teeth for most of the years. The doctor checks me every time and is both gentle and personable. You don’t feel rushed and appointments are timely and thorough. I would highly recommend, and I do, this dental office to anyone.

I would not recommend this dental care facility period. They lied to us telling us that they accepted Blue Cross insurance and they we’re not in their network. I ended up paying thousands of dollars out of pocket.. I’d give them a zero if I could !

Dr. McLeod is amazing!! Super gentle and thorough. Had to have a root canal and was able to return to work immediately after with minimal numbness and almost no pain. I didn’t even need to take Motrin. My family has been going here for 5 years and we recommend them to everyone. Best Dentist and office team!!

Both my daughter and I went there for the first time this month. At our last visit 6 months ago with a different practice -with X-rays we had no cavities. Both of us left our appointments with RO with a diagnosis of multiple cavities found without X-rays along with a costly treatment plan.

Outstanding!!!! I had a severe toothache, called in the morning, seen a few hours later. I think Everyone was on Happy Pills…from the telephone call, to entering the Office, to the Technician & then the Dentist, EVERYONE was so Cordial, Understanding and Very Professional. I walked out with Relief & a big Smile on my face. It was a pleasure to be seen today by true Professionals. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Royal Oaks Dental Care!!!!!

This dentist office is always friendly and prompt. I have never had to wait for a scheduled cleaning and I have even been taken back before my scheduled time. They are efficient and thorough and I will definitely recommend them, unlike my previous dentist I dont feel like they hear a cash register time when I open my mouth. Five stars for sure.

By far the best dentist in Clermont! Dr. S. McCloud and his staff are always extremely friendly and respectful when myself and my wife visit for our 6 month check ups and cleanings. I recently was experiencing some pain from a wisdom tooth and needed get it looked at right away. When I called to set up an appointment I knew it would most likely be a minimum of 7 days before they could see me however, after I explained my situation they were able to see me right away! I couldn’t believe I was in and out same day and feeling much better.Oh and their new facility is awesome, and fully equipped with the industry’s latest state-of-the-art equipment!

Well this is my first time going to Royal Oaks Dental Care , so far I’m very impressed. Very professional and the workers are very kind. I went in and they took X-Rays and then got a cleaning they where very Gentle, after they finished the doctor came in and checked me and told me everything seems good and they gave me an Appointment for October...

I love my dentist office, but found out that they did not sign the contract with the insurance company, so that makes me out of network so I have to find another dentist office So sad

Had my 6 month cleaning today. They took me promptly and I was out in 25 minutes. They are busy & their calendar is full. But they follow up with me when there’s a cancellation & then take me sooner. The office environment is warm & homey & staff is pleasant & helpful

I went in there on an emergency.needed two teeth pulled and they got me in there just to take $181 from me for 2 x-rays . the star is for the staff they friendly and there just doing there job. which is robbing people for there hard earned money.I dont know how these people sleep at night.

Dr. worked a long time to get my night guard adjusted after some work on one tooth. She was very diligent and I appreciate her determination.

My son was very nervous about going back to the dentist after the first one we went to wouldn’t allow me to go back with him and he cried the whole time, but this was a completely different experience. They took their time with him and explained everything to him and he was just more comfortable with me being there with him. Dr Stephen Mcleod at Royal Oaks dental is the only one we will go too. He is very very good and extremely gentle. The best dentist we have ever had in all our 70 years of dentists.
